Not every pipe line can be cleaned using standard methods. For drinking water systems, cooling circuits, and industrial facilities with specific requirements regarding material, diameter, or accessibility, Kahle GmbH develops its own methods and specialized tools—designed and tested by our in-house engineering team.
When off-the-shelf technology falls short, we design the solution ourselves—from the process to the tooling. Four areas:
For pipes 1 inch and larger, we use our proprietary pressure-pulse method, supplemented by vacuum-pressure pulses and ultrasonic technology for stubborn deposits. For tight, hard-to-reach spaces, we use our own flushing method. Cleaning and disinfection in accordance with DVGW W300/W551 and EN ISO 15748, including Legionella testing.
We design high-pressure nozzles that are precisely tailored to the pipe geometry and material, ranging from stainless steel to copper to high-purity pipes.
Custom tools for applications for which there is no standard solution: designed, built, and field-tested.
Water samples in accordance with DIN ISO 5667, accredited analysis, reports for port state and flag state inspections

Two engineers (mechanical engineering and bio- and environmental engineering) with VDI 6023 training in Categories A and B oversee development and quality assurance. As a result, processes are not developed on the drawing board, but in real-world applications—on board, in the cooling circuit, or in the high-purity production line. Every result is measured and documented in accordance with ISO 9001 to ensure that its effectiveness can be verified.
