From new construction to refits, we handle the water and air distribution systems on board, ensuring they are scheduled to fit within the shipyard’s timeline and documented so they’re ready for handover. We cover four areas:
Disinfection of new drinking water systems in accordance with DVGW and EN ISO 15748, including sampling and approval in time for delivery.
Rust removal, descaling, and biofouling removal using proprietary methods that do not require disassembly and fit within the time frame.
HVAC systems, air ducts, and galley exhaust, including a hygiene inspection, with clearly defined preliminary work to be performed by the shipyard.
Water and hygiene samples with accredited analysis, documentation for classification and for the client.

We have undergone security screening
All employees have passed the Ü2 security clearance (MAD). This is a clear advantage for the construction and refit of naval and government vessels at the shipyard.
