Home > Maintenance & Repair
Anyone who provides water to the public bears a public responsibility. This responsibility extends from the water utility’s elevated storage tank to the sink in the daycare center. We support municipalities, municipal utilities, and institutions in meeting all obligations under the Drinking Water Ordinance and DVGW regulations: cleaning, disinfection, sampling, and the documentation required by public health departments.
Cleaning is only effective as long as the underlying technology is properly maintained. We service all components that come into contact with drinking water and replace wear parts on the spot. Four areas:
Maintenance of UV disinfection systems (inspection, cleaning, lamp replacement) and fresh water generators on board, including piping and connection systems.
Inspecting and replacing system shut-off valves to protect the drinking water system.
Disused sections of piping are breeding grounds for Legionella. We locate and remove them professionally.
Replacement of fittings, spray regulators, filters, and Straub-Grip couplings, as well as pipe crimping up to DN40 and minor modifications—all from a single source.
Endoscopic Pipe Inspection
Visual inspection using high-resolution cameras. Identify issues before they become costly. Ideal before making a purchase, after cleaning, or as a regular check.
Inhibition & Preservation
Corrosion protection according to the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., Geberit). Significantly extends the service life of freshly cleaned systems.
Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Systems
Membrane cleaning and replacement, inspection of pre- and post-treatment systems (filters, water softening, remineralization), and performance monitoring of conductivity, flow rate, and differential pressure. We inspect the system while it is in operation and replace wear parts directly on site.
Proactive Rather Than Reactive
Set it up once, sleep soundly forever: In the maintenance contract, we specify the intervals, scope, and points of contact. You’ll receive automatic scheduling, priority response in the event of a malfunction, and a documentation folder that stands up to any inspection. For ships, shipyards, swimming pools, municipalities, and industry.
Water accumulates in decommissioned or unused sections of piping: ideal conditions for Legionella bacteria and biofilm, which can contaminate the entire system from there. The Drinking Water Ordinance therefore requires their removal. We locate dead-end pipes and properly dismantle them.
That depends on the size of the system and the service interval. After an initial assessment, you will receive a transparent quote with fixed prices, no hidden charges, and a detailed breakdown of costs.
Yes. We replace fittings, filters, jet regulators, system separators, and Straub-Grip units directly during maintenance visits. We will coordinate any major repairs with you in advance.
Yes. After conducting an endoscopic assessment, we'll give you an honest assessment of the system's condition and what it needs.
