Tens of thousands of guests, dozens of booths, showers, restrooms, and stages all need safe drinking water. We handle the entire drinking water supply for festivals: from laying approved drinking water hoses to disinfection and sampling, all the way through coordination with the health department. This way, you can focus on the event while we take care of the water quality.
From initial planning through to demolition, you’ll receive everything from a single source—coordinated and documented in compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes:
Approved drinking water hoses for stands, showers, restrooms, and stages, planned according to your site layout
In accordance with regulatory requirements, with chlorine added as needed and results documented
We will contact the relevant public health department directly and provide the required documentation
We provide our own hoses, billed fairly by the meter. After the event, we dismantle, clean, and store the hoses until the next season.

A single point of contact for all matters related to water
We handle installation, sanitation, government permits, and demolition all under one roof. You have one point of contact instead of four different contractors.
We're familiar with the requirements.
As a state-certified disinfector, the Drinking Water Ordinance, sampling requirements, and the regulations set by public health departments have been part of our profession for over 30 years.
We supply paper that lasts.
Comprehensive documentation and sampling for regulatory agencies are standard practice for us.
We think in terms of construction schedules
Our teams coordinate their schedule with your setup phase and have long since left the venue by the time of the soundcheck.
As soon as the site plan is roughly finalized—ideally 3–6 months in advance. Then the water planning is incorporated into the contracting and infrastructure processes. It’s often possible on shorter notice—just ask.
Generally approved materials, proof of disinfection, and proof of sampling before the event begins. That's exactly what we provide, including direct coordination with the authorities, if you'd like.
We charge by the meter laid. We'll provide you with a specific quote based on your site plan.
Yes, bottle refill stations are part of the service. That helps meet regulatory requirements and reduces waste.
Please send us a site map and the date. We'll get back to you within one business day.
