Professional Pool Cleaning: Clean Pools, Reliable Quality

Whether it’s a public pool, a hotel spa, or a club pool: pool water is only as hygienic as the system behind it. We handle the complete cleaning and disinfection of all water treatment systems—from the swimming pool and filtration equipment down to the very last pipe—carried out by a state-certified disinfection specialist, with full documentation.

An Overview of Our Services

A swimming pool is a closed-loop system: The cleanliness of the water in the pool depends on the filters, storage tanks, and piping behind the scenes. We clean and disinfect all water treatment systems in a coordinated manner, in accordance with DIN 19643 standards, and with complete documentation. Our four service areas:

Swimming pools, teaching pools, and adventure pools; hot tubs; water slides; and counter-current systems: deep cleaning, disinfection, algae and biofilm removal, and tile cleaning.

Filter tanks and filter beds with backwashing, as well as equalization and buffer tanks: draining, internal cleaning, disinfection, and restarting.

Hot water and heating storage tanks with Legionella prevention measures in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance (thermal or chemical), as well as chemical, backwash, and wastewater tanks, including disposal documentation.

Disinfection of inlet and outlet pipes, pressure flushing, and biofilm removal throughout the entire pool water circulation system.

Winterization & Restart—Getting Through the Winter Season Safely

When the pool is drained for the last time in the fall, the critical period begins. Outdoor and indoor pools are often maintained by staff who handle the technical aspects on the side—if the pool isn’t properly winterized, pipes will freeze and burst. In the worst-case scenario, the pool will remain closed for the next season. This is exactly where we come in: We’ll ensure your water-carrying systems make it safely through the winter and are ready for operation again in the spring.

Unlike on-site methods using standard equipment, we use specialized vacuum and flushing technology that can reach even hard-to-access sections of the piping system. When it comes to winterizing, we take care of exactly the parts that are critical for getting through the winter: the piping system, the surge tanks, and all water-carrying components. Every step is documented, and we analyze water samples in accredited partner laboratories.

We handle all technical aspects—especially for municipalities and local communities that don’t have their own pool maintenance staff—and, if desired, we can provide this service year after year through a maintenance contract. Plan ahead: If you start working with us in the fall, you’ll be ready for the season on time and without any bottlenecks come spring.

A clean pool, tested water.

We clean the entire system, not just the pool.
We treat the entire water circulation system in a coordinated manner—from the swimming pool to the filters and overflow tank, right down to the very last pipe. After all, clean pool water depends on the technology behind it.

We go where standard equipment falls short.
Using vacuum and flushing technology we developed in-house, we remove biofilm and deposits even from hard-to-reach sections of piping. We do this while the piping is still installed, without the need for time-consuming disassembly.

We operate in compliance with standards and maintain a verifiable record of our work.
We perform cleaning and disinfection in accordance with DIN 19643, under the supervision of a state-certified disinfection specialist. We document every step of the process in a manner that stands up to scrutiny by facility operators, regulatory authorities, and public health officials.

We remain your partner well beyond the season.
Whether it’s deep cleaning, winterization, or restarting the system: Upon request, we’ll take care of your pool equipment year after year as part of a maintenance contract. This way, you benefit from fixed schedules and predictable costs.

Winter storage takes place in the fall, after the season ends. Make your inquiry as early as possible: In the spring, many operators want to resume operations at the same time—those who plan ahead can secure their preferred date and start the season without any delays.
